Ringing in ears???

for 18 år siden 0 8760 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Stardust, Ringing in the ears is not a common withdrawal symptoms. Although everyones quit is different, I would consult a doctor to rule out anything illness related. If you're feeling edgy, today is a day to be kind to yourself. Do anything and everything that may help lift your mood and get plenty of R&R. It will get better. Hang in there. Hell week is almost over, start planning your reward!! Danielle _____________________________ The SSC Support Team

Right! It's a healing process so you have to stay quit LONG ENOUGH to make it to the other side. Once you get passed the 'OMG! My whole world revolves around quitting stage' ;) it's SO much easier to 'maintain'. But like I said it is a process and there are things you can do to help or hinder your personal journey. You will learn new ways to think about smoking if you study nicotine addiction and you'll learn new ways to cope with life's stressors (without the cigarette) if you will remain here at the SSC. So I hope you do :) Also, welcome. I did not experience ringing in the ears Stardust, but it might be related to the carbon monoxide leaving your system. You could use the search feature on the top right of this screen to look for more info if you like. Others may come along that can answer your question and the moderators always suggest that members see a doctor if the problem persist. So you can keep that in mind too. Congrats on giving yourself the best gift! Stay strong~live long ;) All the best~ 2 I Killed the Nicodemon and got off scot-free! see your doctor. While this may be due to quitting, it may not...sometimes smoking can and does cover up things that would otherwise get your attention. At this point you don't need the additional stress of worrying about your health?? so see the doc and set your mind at rest. and congratulations on deciding to beat this beast....it will definately give your moral a boost to do this. Quitting smoking has turned into the one most signifigant thing I EVER did for myself. Go ahead...be selfish about it...it's FOR YOU! Be sure to reward yourself regularly too Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1770 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 70,812 Amount Saved: $10089 Life Gained: Days: 230 Hrs: 21 Mins: 47 Seconds: 19
