Ok... that really made me laugh out loud... I always have use for a 4"1, pale, disabled massager... wouldn't any one? My bad day is coming in 2 days... I have my company Christmas party. I should have declined but I really don't want to miss this. I have alot of great friends here. I will monitor my drink consumption and pray for the best... and then there is Christmas and then new years... ahhh...

Jaden, When you smoked, did you ever see people who had quit and wished you were them? Did you ever look at never-smokers (especially the REALLY stupid ones) and go "How come so-and-so who is so stupid was so smart to never start smoking?" Boy, I did! And guess what! Your friends do too! They WISH they were where you are. You're not the social outcast... THEY are! They WISH they could be where you are (even if they won't admit it). So hold on to that quit with all you've got and don't let go! That feeling of being a social outcast will fade eventually. Crave the Quit! Mel is right. You need to protect your quit! Invite them over to your home for a pizza night. If they want to smoke, let them go outside. You are giving up smoking to save your life. Take a deep breath and rub your patch. Smile and know you are taking care of you! =) My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 69 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,043 Amount Saved: $207 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 3 Mins: 7 Seconds: 10

Hi J! You have almost 2 weeks under your belt!!! You will be able to return to the things you enjoyed the most but now isnt the right time. Be patient and remain calm. It will all fall into place =) My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 71 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,074 Amount Saved: $213 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 7 Mins: 28 Seconds: 4

Hi J! I just started my last part of the patch (7 mg)and I am doing great! Occassional urge but not as often as I did early in my quit. I will be done w/ it in 2 weeks. And I will be NRT free =) It does get easier with time and the more you occupy your brain and tricking yourself, the better it gets. Reward yourself often! Even if it is a candy bar! If you found yourself in a stressful situation, leave it immediately. Grab a lollipop (I prefer dum dums or blow pops), pop it into your mouth, until you have calmed down. I also do a lot of meditation thru out the day. I have to take that time for me and use it as my reward. Did I mention I use baking as a HUGE stress reliever?? =) My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 70 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,057 Amount Saved: $210 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 5 Mins: 1 Seconds: 56
