Im having accupuncture at the moment i just wanted to discuss it with you if thats ok? I wondered what are your symptoms? I have anxiety attacks like panic attacks but without the pains in my chest i have breathing difficulties at times ( but that is my anxiety ) my needles go in my wrists my feet my chest and my upper tummy ive never had any in my back.
Oh yeh i felt very down this week so he stuck one in the top of my head Overall ive had 17 sessions but the last 3 not including this one havent wrked and i have been anxious i thught perhaps your treatment might be better for me, my name is kelli
No you do NOT TAKE OFF ANY CLOTHS..... I pull my shirt up when I'm on my belly for my back and I roll up my pant legs..... It's funny I worried about the same thing... I had to go alone the first time and I told him that I brought a friend and she might come in after she went and got coffee... which was a total lie but I was a little on edge... bring someone if you can I couldn't get anyone to go with me but if you can then bring someone...

I get freaked just sitting in the chair to get my hair cut. I really want to go to the acupuncture or to a massage therapist. But unsure if I could relax enough to enjoy it.
You didn't mention cost....is it pricey?
And do you disrobe completly?

No it doesn't hurt and no you can't feel the needless.... It's relaxing and helps my body to relax big time. Once and a while Paul will hit a knot and it starts to spas out or my hand ****s up but aside from that it feels great. It€™s not like a needle to draw blood it's like the size of a sowing needle and he only puts the very tip of it in... I love it and I'm going to stick with it.... for a long time I think I found my mediation method of relaxing. Sometimes I'm already in rare form and having a panic attack when I go into to have it done but after ten minutes of it I'm so relaxed and at ease with my self and I don't have a care in the world. He shuts the lights off and puts a heated lamp over me and the music puts me to sleep. I LOVE IT. I€™m not afraid of needles only if it has medication it and I'm being put to sleep or sick in the hospital so it's not big deal to me. But this has nothing on it and nothing goes into you skin just the needle the very very tips of the needle. You should try it. You€™ll love it Good luck.
Yes I have and it€™s absolutely wonderful. I just started going two weeks ago and I love it. After having this done I have found that it€™s helped me to relax through out the week. It€™s also helped me to relax the muscles in my body. Although I had what they call the suction done today and I have these really big bruises on my back the size of gulf balls. My boy friend was kind of grossed out by the bruises but over all it didn€™t hurt and still doesn€™t hurt overall. Have you tried it or are you looking into it and asking around?
