That is so encouraging to hear. I've really been battling the demon the last day or so, after a relatively easy first week. I think Hell week and Heck week traded places for me!
Way to go on managing those craves!

I'm excited for you. Today is a good day, all day long. Do you have a reward set up for today. Every day counts you know. In fact, every cigarette not smoked counts as a point for you.

I am SO excited this morning. I woke up, and sure enough that tough crave was there. But, it didn't last long. It settled down into something manageable. It usually will last for a couple of hours while I fight it off with gum and intense concentration. Normally by the time I have concentrated hard enough to fight the crave, I end up with a pounding headache.
I'm so excited, it's my first glimpse of real progress.
