I'm having confusion lately too. How do I cope? Well...I take naps even if it's a power nap and almost always I feel better afterwards, but that's just me. Also, I have no schedule to keep or many responsibilities, so maybe that's not something you can do. I also have to mention that I need the television on 24/7. That way I always have something to focus on. I watch stuff like Nick at Nite or TV Land, since some of these dramas make me tense. This turned into something that seems to have nothing to do with your problem. LOL See? I'm confused!
I'm going to my therapist tomorrow, so I'll talk to him about it.
