Sometimes, when the cravings are too strong, I have to rely on gruesome pictures of possible damages to the smoker's body, as a strong reminder that I must maintain my quit!
A graphic illustration on the effects of tobacco use on your health, produced by the World Health Organization, is very helpful for that purpose.
