Hi Italiana.
Yes I've had this problem too. I had what seemed like one massive attack for a week. It seemed like one big one but it was, on retrospect, a whole lot of little ones that kinda merged. It's terrible. I do know the feeling of sleeping during a series of attacks. So I can sympathise with what you're going through.
Take care, hope you're feeling better now. Writing about it is fantastic therapy. I wish I knew about this panic forum during that week!
Hello Italiana,
Panic attacks can also occur while you are asleep. Have you tried meditation, deep breathing exercises or even yoga? Keep posting your thoughts and concerns, we are here for you.
Take care,
Susanne
Hello everyone!
I had what may have been the worst attack so far, last night. Symptoms were chest ache with trouble breathing. I don't know what caused them but I was really scared b/c they have never been that bad. I went to bed, hoping it would pass.
When I woke up this morning I still had the attack. Now... I guess it could be a seperate attack but it was the same symptoms.
Has anyone ever tried going to bed to escape an attack only to wake up and find it's still there?
Thanks for reading!
