Good girl Sparky! I'm glad you're doing OK. I know this is a tough road, but we're all here to help one another. I'm OK too. We'll get through this. Thinking of you, Jan

Hey Sparky! Do you all have any non-smoking meetings? I know when I attend meetings with my daughter the smoke is so thick you can cut it with a knife! Since I quit smoking I will only go to one that is 50 miles away because it is non-smoking. In any event, sounds like you are getting good support and you are staying strong! God bless!

Have been doing okay. Yesterday the craves were pretty intense for a while, but got though them. The days I go to my meetings are the days that are triggers for me. I know this and got though them okay. This is where I can get a cig if I feel the need, but didn't ask for one. The group knows I am serious this time and is supporting me. Just got home and while I was out I bought myself my favorite coffee. Oh, yes, it was soooooooooooooooo good. :eg: Turtle Mocha mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm 468 calories :gasp: Oh, but so worth it. Hope everyone has a great week-end.

One day at a time Sparky. Once you get over the hump it's so much better. The freedom is worth every bit of agony you experience now. Just think, if you don't smoke, you never have to go through this again.
N.O.P.E. for five minutes at a time will get you there. Hang in there. Reach out if you need help. We'll be watching for you.
