I agree with Phil, Cheermom, Monica.... We should protect our quit at all costs, and those NRT aids (patches, gums, lozenges) are handy when needed, as the last line of defence against any possible attack from that Nicodemon!
In my case, although it's now Day 107, I still keep my NRT lozenges (although I haven't touched them for several days) and occasionally, I still need one or two puffs from the NRT inhaler ... :)
