Hell week. What a fitting name for that first week. And you made it.
The next week shouldn't be as difficult. Feels good not to smoke, doesn't it?
Every day get a little easier.

4mygirls--
My reward will be to schedule a massage this next week. My other reward is to have AIR again... in spite of the sinus infection. My daughter was home from college over Christmas, and we used to dance... stupid dance... would make up all kinds of stuff and make each other roll with laughter. We didn't dance at Christmas, because I didn't want to cough. Next time we are together, I'll see if she wants to dance! That will be my reward!!!

Finished Hell week with a sinus infection. lol Hopefully it will be the last one I have. Maybe I'll start to have colds again instead, like everyone else. I'm pretty proud of myself this time around. I thought I would never be able to quit smoking. As I said before... I no longer smoke! That feels so good to say! I was so ashamed of my smoking... it did not fit my overall self at all. What got me through? Prayers and this website. Thank you all.

Well, alright, "Interesting"!!!
You made it through Hell Week under less than ideal conditions, feeling miserable. I'm so proud of you!
The positive attitude, determination and strength that you have exhibited during these last 7 days have been so inspirational to many new quitters.
Bless you. Hope you're feeling better.
Keep the faith.
