It's nice to come "home" and see you here! For my One Year Smober Birthday I think I may go on a roadtrip in the Porsche my husband bought me for Christmas. I'll have to go north or south, as east or west is out of the question due to weather. [IMG]http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r53/karendarnell/CIMG1323B.gif[/IMG] My worst day smoke-free is better than my best day as a smoker. I have to say that the cravings picked back up for the past couple of weeks - must be my brain trying to kill me again :eg:, but from this board I've gained the tools necessary to deal with it - each craving I notice is dealt with by immediately busying myself with a two handed project. Usually, with a couple of exceptions this week, it is an automatic response. I'm so thankful for this group and give it my highest recommendation when offering *wanted* advice to a quitter-to-be.
