Clear! Get back in the ring with us, man!! I am very late seeing this. Not that a week-old ex-smoker,like myself, would've been able to come up with all the great responses everyone above has given you.
I would've said this, though, my addict is as strong as the next person's is here. Everytime I let that "fool" get to the front of the bus, so to speak, the quit was over for me. But, I alone, let that fool get up front and center of my brain and I chose not to fight. I felt even worse after I had that first one. You know the one. Its the only one you think you'll need to get through whatever the thing is you're going through.
Everyone is right. You have NOT lost the battle. That is unless, you walk away from your quit. Your PRIZE, Clear! Don't give up the prize.
It's your freedom! We can get through this together. You are NOT alone!
Stay strong. :)Pat.
