Very well put...."getting control" is exactly the phrase I needed to hear.
Dunedad, I agree...the thought of inhaling anything into my lungs just doesn't sound good to me at all at this point, and I don't every want to smell like that again. I LOVE the way I smell now, and I use way less perfume (LOL)...when your a smoker, you "overuse" perfume to cover up the smoke smell, in reality, we just smell like "Ode to smoke".
I had a GREAT time Friday night and going out with non-smoker's was just the ticket. When I woke up Saturday morning, although I was a little tired ;) (did you know you can order long Island Ice Tea's without the mixer....YIKES!), I woke up smoke free...not ONE PUFF!!!!! It's a great feeling!
