First off, thank you to everyone who responded to my last couple of threads. I was in a major funk and with time, your words of straight forwardness, compassion and support, lot of writing in my journal, tons of crying and putting new tools in place I'm back into a new quit. However I will not forget those 66 days quit. I'm proud of those days because I worked hard to get them but I realized I needed some extra tools in order to get through more glitches in my life. So many have said that there is no good time to quit and that is SO true. There's always going to be something 'out there' to hit you square between the eyes and BAM you don't know if you're coming or going.
So I'm back on board and with my new tools in place, a phone # of a 'help line' (member), you know who you are..lol.. I'm going in with a fresh mind and a fresh start. I am not going to think of my previous quit, nor will I beat myself up over the lost days. It just isn't worth it. I have to concentrate on this moment right now and carry on to protect my quit.. I have again, learned alot about me with that slip and now I begin my new journey :)
Love and hugs to you all...
