Mr. Ed I enjoyed my first smoke free Xmas in 50 years!!! Boy does that make me sound old or what? I never realized how much of my life was consumed by smoking. Well I am say NO MORE!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my Christmas Day and it was not interrupted by a single smoking thought (but then I have a 10 month quit under my belt).
I hope that those of you starting out on this journey had a great day and even if the cravings came, you managed to succumb them. You deserve a reward for that!
Let's all look forward to 2007; for most of us it will be our first smoke-free year! For any REAL veteran quitters out there, please continue to show us how it's done..
