The members will be along shortly to give you some inside tips about how it was for them. Know that the quit is different for everyone. Take your time and start enjoying things that you never could. Take up a hobby or activity and see everyday as a gift that you gave yourself.
Try not to dwell on it, these feelings are normal and will pass, so use your energy elsewhere. Are you taking some time for yourself? Are you rewarding yourself? These are important issues to help you over these humps that the nicodemon throws at you.
