Sad to say that there's no way around the withdrawals...can't jump over them, sidestep around them, sneak under them. That's what happens when we are trying to get to the other side of an addiction. But the really happy news is that if you just persevere, you WILL get through them.
Four days is excellent, Rockyroad. And I know you don't want to scrap them and have to go through them again. So hang in there...you can do it!

Rocky,
Keep it up and know that this is normal :) Get your reward ready for the end of this week and take some you time. Sometimes this journey is a roller coaster, but we are here to help you through it :)
Keep Strong,
Josie
