Remember that the cravings won't last, and that you are better than this physical need....stronger, and one day you'll not even think about it...That's freedom.

Miagi, here goes, think about 4000 chemicals plus leaving your body. Think of a healthier you, think you won't have to wait for a nicotine fix anymore when you can't smoke. You will live a longer healthier life and enjoy being with your family longer. Don't smoke it's bad for you, you'll stink and you'll hate yourself for ruining your quit. One day at a time :)Marie

#1-Think about what a great thing you are doing for yourself.
#2-Think about the ones you love, and what a terrific example you are setting for them.
#3-Make that list Danielle suggested.
Refer to that list often. I carry mine with me in my wallet. I also have 2 or 3 posts from here that touched me deeply that I carry with me.
Keep the quit-it's worth it! :)

Miagi,
Make a list of all the benefits your quit will bring you. Include the rewards you will be giving yourself for staying smoke free.
Make a list of all the reasons you want to quit.
Hope this helps.
Welcome aboard!
Danielle
