Most quitters go through a "down" period around the one month mark. It is quite normal and temporary, so just hang in there. It does get so much better if you just give it a chance. :)

You maybe reaching the hazard zone. Many members have commented that at around 30 and 100 days the cravings come back to haunt you one more time :) This is normal and will pass. Don't dwell on it and use those coping mechanisms again to help you through.
