Hi,
I still have to deal with my "cravings for comfort" after nearly 3 wks !
While browsing old messages, I found a message by Stockport1 on "The Art of Deep Breathing" very helpful for me to overcome my craving ! Here is the extract:
-----------
... Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and breathe in through your nose. keep breathing in until your lower stomach starts to rise. Then put your lips together as if you are blowing up a balloon. Blow all the air out slowly in a controled manner until it is all gone. The breathing out should take almost twice as long as the breathe in.

No more Cig yes deep breathing mimics the smoking expect we take in fresh air instead of 4000 chemicals. Way to go informing yourself to help with this awful addiction. Reward yourself often :)Marie
