By April next year my country of birth(Wales) is banning smoking in clubs, bars, restaurants etc. Ireland and Scotland (our Celtic brothers) have already done so.
The English will do this later in 2007 (typically slower then the rest :eg:).

Smoking has a habit of sticking to your skin and clothes in the cold weather, it smells worse in winter!
