Have you eaten breakfast?
62 days is fantastic Kate, Parrotlady is right imagine how terrible you would feel if you had one, the burning at the back of your throat, it nearly knocking you off your feet when it hits your lungs and makes you cough. The smell Kate, the stench of stale tobacco.
Just center yourself and breathe.
It WILL pass Kate, just remember that and with each and every passing day it gets easier and easier.

Hang in there sweet Kate. Smoking will not solve anything. Its going to be ok. Deep breaths.. deep relaxing breaths

Kate, you don't want to smoke for sure, your stats are great already 63 days, nothing worthwhile is easy, you just have to keep at it and then one day in the near future I might add ,you will feel so good. Maybe you should go back to basics, rewrite your reasons for quitting, keep them in your pocket or purse and read them often. Reward yourself a lot this is also very important. You are doing this for a better life and a better you, no coughing, no bad smell, freedom of addiction. Thinking of you Kate....One day at a time :)Marie

Hi Kate. Please try to hold on to your quit, cause it does get easier. There were many times I didn't think I could hold on, but I did and boy am I glad. It has been much easier these days and wow do I feel better than I have felt in years. Don't get me wrong I do still get the occasional thought, but that's all it is and it passes in seconds. Everyones quits are different, but eventually one day at a time, we will all get to the easier days. Hang on tight I know you can do it.

Kate, ((((HUGS)))). I do not have any magic bullet, but my thoughts and prayers are here for you. You have gone though so much not to win this battle. You are very special to me and I really want you to stay strong. You show so much strength every time you post. Your honesty is to be admired. Maybe some of us should look at it and our meters would show more quit time. Hang in there you are doing so great.

Oh Kate, you can do this. That was about the time I had my worst "challenge" but if i can do it, then you definitely can. I have a smoking spouse and let me tell you, seeing those smokes sitting there on the table was my challenge. But to get back at him for leaving them there was he had to fish them out of the toilet everytime he did it lol Felt wonderful. Just breathe. You can pull through sweety!!!!
Hugs to you
Kim

Kate
It may be strong but YOU ARE STRONGER. You are, you are, you are.
Be real gentle on yourself today - cut yourself lots of slack and remember that bad days come but they also go. You are in the process of getting through it.
Keep going - you deserve to be free from that weed.
Got my fingers and toes all crossed for you and I'm sending a big big hug your way.
All the very best.
Sharon
