KJ, I feel like I have the flu. Achey, tired, stuffed up and thirty. My mom quit and she said she felt the same. Just think about how nice it will be when we are all cleaned out! I've been drinking green tea and green tea gum. The gum is mint flavor and it's pretty strong, so it helps to open my sinuses up.

Thanks for responding. It might just be normal sinuses, and since I notice everything now (Due to being itchy) it might be nothing. I am not having much cravings though. My cravings are turing into cleaning. I stayed up until 11:30 last night wiping base boards. :-) I do like jolly ranchers though. Thats my food craving.

Mine have gotten better. For a few days the humidity level was high and that was causing problems.

Hey KJ - the same thing happens to pregnant women.. incresed blood flow to the nose causes the alergies to flare up. You are getting blood flow to your extremeties that you never had - i'd ask the doctor for an alergy/decongestant medicine if I were you. Your nose should adjust, but incresed allergies might be something you have to deel with now.
