Hi all,
just wanted to drop you all a line and let you know that I really appreciate all of the suggestions about how to get through my work day without a smoke. I have had my ups and downs this week but have gotten through it (YES EVEN THE WORK PART). for all of us here who are just completing hell week - we can do this! thanks for the support.

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
