Duckie, tears are cleansing, they contain stress hormones, so when you cry you get rid of the stress, isn't that great? cry if that's what you need at the moment. Sounds wonderful! My daughter told me she likes when the the leaves rust on the tree and fall off. I thought that was an interesting way to describe Fall... Don't you think gingersnap cookies would go well with this tea? :) Hope you feel back to normal (whatever THAT is) soon! (((hugs)))
