Why don't you try sipping supar free hot chocolate with marshmallows? another yummy is sugar-free chocolate pudding with whipped topping... maybe these will help ease the sweet craving-carob is like chocolate but has soothing properties-helps calm you down. I agree with earlier post about quitting and increasing ovearall health with lifestyle changes. It's HARD, everyday, but just do it one day at a time and take care of yourself.
evernight before bed I eat HUGE amounts of ice cream, I always am used to smoking a lot with hubbie in evening.....
so now we do that, during day I try to eat healthy, but you have to indulge yourself a little!!
