Hi Cinda I'm still craving too even with the patch and toothpicks and straws and gum but it's getting better, I'm positive it will go away. I smoked for more than 30 years, can't erase that in 3 weeks. I've got the time and patience. I'm sure we will get through this and come out a better person (If that is possible :)great person as it is. Well you know smoking is bad for your health :)I used to hate hearing that so much, that I want to joke about it now that I know in my heart that it's true. Marie xx

Hey Cinda -
Good job on 25 days - that's a big accomplishment. Still craving is normal. You obviously have new coping mechanisms in place to deal with a crave or you would have smoked by now. Right? Keep using them and keep adding days to your quit. It wont be long before the craves are very tiny and fleeting.
You rock Cinda!
