KATE,
Im the same Kate, no cravings, been partying and working in my bar-but no,;well;;nothing??? Its mad. Maybe it because this time(quit),we REALLY wanna do it-I mean Really.
We must be in the right frame of mind for the future and what it has to bring. My wife hit the nail on the head the other day and stated that I now may live longer than her. She always insisted that I would "GO" 1st and we made arrangements(insurances) to this effect because of the amount I smoked.Amanda is a non-smoker.
So we are now happy in the fact that we may at long last grow old together which is be a good feeling for us both. Lets crack on and beat this **** babe.
Jacko
Smokless for 8 days 9 hours and 15 mins. Buzzin!!!!

Good morning to you all....
it's my 3rd morning...and i didn't even think about it. Yesterday was a really bad day for me..i mean,it was a nightmare for me. Yet i didn't even think to take one in my hand. I went to the gym in the afternoon, returned home..and nothing...
Maybe it's a game of my mind??? :quest:
hope it will stay like this.

Your doing great! I had an easy time until I hit 8 days then had a rough couple of days. Just be prepared. You may just coast through with minimal cravings and I hope you do. But if not you be ready to fight them off. You are doing fantastic!

This is fantastic and I am sure all members wish this :) Continue to prepare yourself for those surprise craves and continue to share with us as we can all learn from one another.
Keep Strong,
