I went out for dinner with a friend-non smoker!
Next to us was a couple with a packet of the cigs i used to smoke on the table! It cought my eye..i think it was smiling at me...i noticed all people in the restauran that were smoking . (you can still smoke everywhere in Greece).
we left..i was craving for one..all the way home nico has almost convinced me to take one from mom's...
then... went home, brushed my teeth, washed my face, changed, took a glass of water and run away from mom's cigs.
i went to bed and forgot.I was happy and proud to leave nico in the kitchen alone!! you b@st@rd....
i didn't sleep good though...
but i'm ok today.

Isn't it funny---When you smoked it seems like the whole world is non-smoking.
When you quit you notice all the many smokers around you!

Hello Kate...
Congratulations! When we make it through the challenges not lighting up, it shows us how focused and grounded we are in our Quit!
Make sure to reward yourself, friend - as rewards are so very important in the Quit process and it's also a powerful way of acknowledging yourself!!
Congratulations!!! YOu doing beautifully!
Blessings-
