Thank God..after 1+ month...the metabolism is moving. I changed a little more my nutrition habits. For one week i pushed myself to have breakfast(i wasn't having daily). I just kept eating protein (for lunch)with salads...and for dinner milk/yogurt/toast/or protein again if i was too hungry. less quantity than before but all the necessary.
For one week, when i was going out,i prefered drinking a soda, than a glass of wine or a drink or whatever. But nothing more during the day.If i was hungry i would eat an apple..nothing more.
And working out as usual...and it moved..maybe it was the time to move..but it moved..and Saturday morning,i woke up and i felt lighter...
Thank God.
For all of you that it's not moving.Hang in there..
It will start again..sooner or later.
I'm feeling better anyway. :)
