Lol Marie, your so funny :).
I have watched you come so far Had Enough. Its hard, it really is hard, i find its a battle of the mind. I found myself talking to myself, whenever i had those kinds of thoughts i would say things out loud - to me it was like an affirmation.
You (beleive me) are no different to how my quit was/is. It was the addict in me, it was trying to convince me that i was better off smoking. Dont give into it Had Enough, just dont give into it. You can do this, you can. I find that the craves come in different disguises and catch me completely off guard sometimes and im left standing there thinking am i going to get through this. The answer i tell myself is YES, yes i can get through this. I take it minute by minute, When i get through that minute i take another then another. I find that now on day 19 it is much easier for me.
With every post you amaze me more and more on your progress. You are doing great and what you are feeling is much like how i was.
I know its not easy, but its also normal feeling this way too.
Hang in there :)
