Ha you wont smoke!
I go out every weekend, and yep sometimes it can be hard, but you can do it.
1. BEWARE the alcohol this can put all your best laid plans to rest
2. Focus on yourself, not on what others are doing
3. If you see people smoking, instead of seeing smoke coming out visualise CAANNNCEERRR that helps
4. Make a promise here that you WONT smoke and that you will check in tomorrow to say that you wont. I do this on weekend promises, and it makes me want to stick to my quit.
5. If things get really bad... visualise ALL of us as your extra strength you are not on your own. This will empower you and ensure that you feel much stronger than any temptation.
6. If all else fails say not today = but tomorrow. You know you wont want to tomorrow anyway.

Steely Dan? I remember!! Drugs, sex, rock-and-roll! I saw them in concert in 1977 in Munich, Germany! I think...I was smoking a little more than cigarettes then.....................now I'm a cop..............life is funny! :)
Since I'm at the beach, no better band to send along to you those "Good good good vibrations" than the Beach Boys LOL. ;)
Have an awesome night ex, you deserve it!!
Hugz,
Eve
