This is rather depressing. I am going to be a big, fat non-smoking blob when I go on vacation in 3 weeks :(
I know it's not the end of the world, but I cut my calories in at least half.
I went from 4 to 6 sodas a day- to at the most 2/ sometimes half a soda. I added tea, sweetened with Sweet in Low. I like beer but I cut that in half.
I haven't had food at a Mexican or Pizza Restaurant in the past week.
I have added fruit and vegetables to my diet.
I started increasing my walking, until Tuesday of this week- when I stopped. My energy level bottomed out.
I know all things with time and yada, yada, yada.
On the upside, I am on my 4th day of not smoking- so that's something :| ;)
Must repeat,
"It will be okay.
It will be okay.
It will be okay.
It's not the end of the world."
Change takes time
Change takes time
Change takes time
Thanks for letting me be so wordy, and thanks for this group
:)

Hey guys,
just read your thread here. And I just wanted to throw my 2 cents in. For those of you having issues dropping weight, I just wanted you to know that I think it's great if you can just MAINTAIN your weight.
I think that is an acheivement in itself. If you can at least do that while your trying to manage your quit~ then I think that's wonderful.
For those of you, actually able to acheive weight loss, FANTASTIC!
I joined Weight Watchers 13 weeks agao and have lost 20 pounds on their program. FINALLY>
So anyways, sounds like you guys are on the right track.
Keep on keepin on! Anyway you look at it, you guys are doing yourselves HUGE favors!
Liven well, laughen often, loven much!
