Ok i know this may seem VERY strange...but i suggest u try it...whenever u feel bad or depressed or whenever u suffer from and attack or the symptoms try this: Start saying out loud(but not very loud :) I LOVE LIFE!!! Again and again and again...i know that it sounds a bit stupid but believe me it works! for me at least i couldnt believe...whenever i have anxious thoughts or feel bad or something bothers me i just stand up and start sayin these 3 words and thats it..after 5 mins the MOST i am ok..its like i am touched by this overwhelming feeling of love and relaxation and it just feels great..it really takes your mind off...anyways i just wanted to say this...thank you. :)
