Hello all,
I am 16 years old and just started posting here about a month ago. I have been working super hard to figure out the triggors that set off my panic attacks and I think one of them is caffine. For a teen, this is very very very frustrating! I am used to having foods and drinks with caffine in them, and often use them to give me a boost when I pull all-nighters before exams and essays. I am also not on any medication for anxiety disorder,because I am in a sence afraid to take it. So here is my problem, I love the foods/drinks, but hate the panic attacks.
Is there a way that I can kick out the caffine without going crazy? Or will I just have to put up with the panic attacks?
