The last time I was here I was getting ready to go to my daughter's. We just got home and I did not smoke. I can't even begin to tell you how nice it was to be around my grandsons (3yrs and 20months) and not have to smoke and smell like you know what. I have tried so many times before and for now I can go to sleep knowing I made one goal. We went on long walks and played in the park and in the dirt ;) This site has been a God send. I had stopped the 1st of May and had a slip and started right back over. I sure wanted to use that as an excuse to go back to smoking for awhile, then I remembered I really did not want to smoke around the boys. Everyone here gave me courage to continue on. So thank you very much.

8 days is awesome
Cuddles
It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
