In my opinion, celebrations and milestones are triggers. Why? Because when we accomplished things as smokers, we smoke as a reward. I think when we accomplish things as non smokers, that old smokers subconscious is still there. It hangs around for awhile. Just acknowledge the thought and move past it. Don't dwell on it and let it turn into a crave. The more milestones you achieve, the less this will happen. At least, this has been my experience.
