Only 18 days in to it and not really getting any easier. Sometimes the cravings are stronger now than before. But, I may be getting more in the habbit of not smoking and that helps. I use to smoke in the garage and now I feel guilty just walking through the garage even though not smoking, try to get back in the house really quick as if someone is watching and i am about to get caught doing something wrong. Chewing a lot of gum, sucking on mints, drinking water, and taking lozenges. I wish I was easier to get along with but at least I don't stink. My breathe is soooo much more pleasant too. Everyone keep posting, that's the biggest help for me. Thank you!
