Ter, The nicotine is out of your system in about 3 days, but please be aware that that doesn't mean that it's all easy after 3 days. My toughest day when I first quit was day 10. Many people think that the battle is over after 3 days, when in reality, it is only beginning. The REAL battle is the mental one that takes place once the nicotine is gone. BUT, the freedom is worth it! So hang in there! Crave the Quit! Ter, Nicotine will usually leave your system after about 3 days. Every quit is different, so you may experience more of less days of the nicotine leaving the body. You body is healing and this is important, use lots of water to flush those toxins out :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
