To begin with, why not negotiate the first date? You have a say in this too. If you sign up for the free Panic Program, you will learn to challenge your fears, but in a manageable way so that it is not too much, nor too fast. Maybe you can make the first date something you know you can handle and with the help of the treatment program, gradually work your way to other things?
