Feel very weepy today nearly got knocked down by a car and nearly started crying on the DLR this morning when I was listeneing to Katherine Jenkins...I have overdosed on coffee~ pulled my hair!
I mean its not so much of a smoking thing now - its all these ugly emotions I always harbour in my life and I dont know how to rid myself of them!!
How can I cope with hopelessness and negativity especially when I have such lovely life I feel selfish that I feel like this!
I guess God still wants me to live despite my couldnt care less if I lived attitude hence car not knocking me down!

Hi Guys I thought something that may help me with my Quitt is a daily or occasional journal that lists my symptoms and stresses of the day ~ so I can blow steam!!
So heres my day so far - went off to an important client presentation and what did I do as usual overdosed on sweet stuff. Even my boss said I refuse to buy you a piece of cake at 9am in the morning it was a lovely piece of passion cake ~ he bought me the piece in the end oh how he loves me bless!!
So far I have had 3 coffees and 2 teas!! Saw people smoking and we talked about how to cope with cravings etc.
I have my driving lesson later not looking forward to that at all I suck when it comes to driving!!
I dont know why but I seem so stressed all the time I had a good cry last night im just a very sentimental kindred spirit all by my lonesome.
Quirky Cravings that I have noticed include craving for:
John Keats( English Poet) :) I feel like I want to transcend this earth and become an ethereal angel and just merge with the universe.
Craving the theatre ~ I would call it a craving as I am physically craving it we have Bank Holiday Monday coming up so need to get out else too much temptation will be around me!!

Gonna,
Bank Holidays in the U.K. are like Federal holidays in the U.S. It's when all the banks are closed for the official national holiday. Monday, August 28th is the last Bank Holiday of the summer this year. As such, most people in the U.K. have the day off.
Best,
Livadia

Hi Shaila chin up. I read this on another Site
Emotional tears shed in moments of intense feelings carry stress hormones, rid yourself of them. They signal a level of stress detrimental to your health so LET IT ALL OUT. Hope you have a great day Marie
