New Goal

In the first situation, you have control, so can leave at any time. Is the second situation the opposite? If so, you might be able to find small steps to work on if you break down the meeting into segments, including your state of mind and attitude before going into each set of meetings. At what point does it become uncomfortable, and to what degree does your mindset infuence how the meeting evolves? Hope this is a bit helpful. -- Anne-Marie, Site Administrator

I have been back to work now for two weeks and all and all it has been good. I have also been driving with out fear. I feel that I am winning the battle! I now have a new goal to accomplish. I still find that I have a problem meetings. As funny as it is I do fine if I am heading the meeting with my customers but a team meeting with a closed meeting room is hard. I would like to work on this, does any one have any suggestions on how to get through this? :gasp:
