Hi, Victoria, This is not a good sign..you shoud be getting better, and if the med is not helping you, thay may change it, as they did mine. In fact, I have tried 5 different meds, until I found one good for me. Some of them made my problems worse..as a matter of fact..and I asked my dr what to do. He immediately changed the drug. Somedrugs, however, cannot just be stopped, and you may have to stop them gradually. I am not a doctir, and do not profess to be one..I am just relating my experiences in this matter. You must take te GIANT step to get yourself to your doctor, before anything can be done. This first step is critical in your solving this dilemma. You simply have to gather yourself up and "JUST DO IT." No matter how much fear you feel, you should know, that from my own experience, that I felt instant relief...just being in his office. That was all I needed to get myself moving along the road to recovery. This is a self-improvement process..and sometimes painful. In order that we can learn about ourselves, we have to face some of these painful areas..so that they are identified, and thus a solution can be implemented. Our progress is all up to ourselves. The more we do..the faster we can move toward this end. iIf we do nothing, then no progress is made. It is just this simple. I know and understand hoyou are feeling, as I was there myself, and have freinds who have been there too. Please try to keep in the front of your mind, that you are not alone...there are millions of sufferers..and if you read some back posts here, you will find a list of very famous people who have exactly the problems that we do. Success depends on your willingness to take the necessary steps to better yourself. The 1st giant step is to contact your doctor..and soon. It is doing you no good to be holed up in your room. What about your husband and children? They need Mommy and wife..and want to help you, I am sure. You have to fight that feeling that"panic is your boss"...fight it, and do not allow this to enter your mind. When you get negative thoughts, push them away..and replace them with postives ones. Make a list, one one side the negative..and then put down a postive one that you think will help. Mind-set is the key. Attituse is everything..Look up positiv
