Gonnadoit, I'm behind you all the way, I am here and keeping an eye on you, if you feel you're being watched, you're right, it's me hanging around to check on you. Now be good, have you got the patch on? Gonna I'm telling you if you do it slowly keep your patch on ,use your coping mechanisms and take good care of yourself, you can do this, you've done it before.... Take care of yourself, I hear a lot of giving to your family and job, now that's the way it's suppose to be, but you have to take care of yourself, you deserve to be healthy and smoke-free, take some time to pamper yourself, some alone time. Stay away from smokers and smoking areas.
I was so worried about coming off the patch, I just took off the 7mg after 2 weeks and I swear don't feel a thing, I feel so relieved, I had a garage sale today and my 2 smoking friends came, they are so nice, they go far from me to smoke and it brings up a trigger for 2 secs and then I just reming myself that it's such an addiction, that I feel sorry for them having to isolate themself to puff, and then come back all stinky. Chin up you'll get it done, have faith. :)Marie Oh hugsss!
