Hi Janet
I have been through exactly what you have had to do with your dog.
My wife cried for weeks and I had to be strong and felt anything but.
Then a year or so later we received a letter from abroad from a villa we had stayed in and they had found a photograph we had left there and enclosed it.
It was my mate Daniel the Dog.
It hurts and I know why you smoked
Thank goodness it was before I quit!
Keep going girl!!!!!!!!!
Phil

Janet,
Don't get angry at yourself for smoking. That won't solve anything. If you want to get angry, then get angry at the tobacco companies for creating something so deadly and addictive! Getting angry at yourself will only cause you to struggle with your new quit... you don't need that. Instead, be proud of yourself for trying again! Many here, myself included, couldn't do it the first time. It took many tries for me too... so you're definitely not alone. Welcome back! You'll do great! I just know it!
Crave the Quit!
Pam

Hi Janet,
Our stories are very similar! I blew a quit of about the same amount of days............fight with the husband. As you know, smoking didn't solve anything, didn't help the situation and we were right back to the same point in our smoking almost immediately, huh?
It took me several tries to get it, and now I don't smoke one day at a time.
Hang tough girlfriend, you can do this. We are all here for you.
