I had a hard time figuring out rewards as well.
Moment rewards: We use to take breaks to smoke, we would put the cigarette to our mouth and inhale. Moment rewards like gum, mints, taking 5 minutes alone, reading an article without interruption will help to create new & healthy habits and non smoking memories.
Daily rewards: Quitting is hard work. Reward yourself with a candle lit bubble bath, eat out instead of having to cook, rent a movie
Celebrate Milestones: 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, or however you decide to set your milestones up. Plan a trip somewhere, plan on buying a new room of furniture, a day at the spa, etc.
