ok well the morning started off ok had 3 cups of tea plus 2 bars atkins caramel chocolate bars to satisfy sweet cravings!
..but now Im really craving ciggies!!
I usually get like this when i think off stuff that stresses me out emotionally - really not feeling good today..
Distract yourself!! Go for a walk, drink water, have another caramel bar............whatever..........just don't dwell on it!
Tough it out and you win, not the addiction.
