When the Trigger Occurs and the Urge Strikes
Use self talk, take up another activity, do not dwell on the urge and remember one is never enough. You will want another thirty minutes down the road. Good luck, stay the course and follow your quit plan.
Congratulations on your decision to quit smoking!
One day at a time right Mr. Ed ;)Marie

Never contemplate quitting over the next week, month, year or lifetime.
Just concentrate on today. All you need to do is to not smoke today. Then go to bed. Then do the same tomorrow.
Start enjoying life.
And as your quit develops realise what a waste of health, money and time smoking is!
Mr Ed :)

Thanks Stickin!
What are you using for distraction? What coping mechanisms are helping you in your quit?
Please share :)
Keep Strong,
