Hi Guys & Girls, mad and sun-tanned englishman here. Wot a lot of new names!!!!!!!!
Just spent a few minutes looking through some of the posts from people that I do not recognise who are obviously starting the journey. Talk about deja-vu.................almost every post could have been written by me over the past few months. I despaired of ever stopping smoking, having tried on numerous occasions.
Then I found this site, and information, and support form a lot of fantastic people. So take heart..............if I can do it then so can you.
just remember the one simple rule for stopping smoking.........
Don't smoke.
Brent
NB. For those of you who are struggling, I will bump my research on a new, revolutionary and foolproof way to stop.
