AAARRGGGHHH!!!
Me too; last week , my daughter was on holiday thank goodness, cos I woke up obcsenely late every day...Back to 6.30 am now and finding it really hard!
The last few days I have been so tired, my husband has to wake me up at least 2 times every morning. It is now only 12.20pm and i would love to just crawl in bed, problem is I'm at work.
Any suggestions

tls, i know that I too went through this, I kept eating banana's and little snacks to keep my blood sugar up, plus fast brisk walks. So walk around the office a few times really fast and take some really deep breaths. See if this won't help.
